How to get to the BizApartments

Since July 2011, most Nordita visitors will be accommodated at the BizApartment Hotel. Some of our visitors have already been struggling to get there. The official description says:

All of Djurgården is at your feet with fantastic walks and activities galore. The hotel is within walking distance to the Djurgården Canal, the historical open-air museum Skansen and the amusement park of Gröna Lund.

Meanwhile, many buses takes you directly to Stockholm City from right outside the hotel, and it is conveniently close to the Central station as well as to the airport shuttle buses and the Arlanda Express train. If you wish to ride by bicycle you will reach Strandvägen within a few minutes and NK and Stureplan in fifteen. In the property we also offer parking spaces for our guest arriving by their own cars.

Talking the tube (metro) and a bus, no walking

This didn't get one very far. The missing link is http://sl.se (for Stockholm Local, Sweden (SE). Enter "T-Centralen (Stockholm)" and "Sehlstedtsgatan (Stockholm)" for start and end. This suggests taking the metro to Karlaplan (red line), then take blåbuss 1 from Värtavägen to Frihamnen. but get off at Sehlstedtsgatan. This should take you 22-23 min.

Talking just the tube, plus 1 km walking

You can click "Jag kan gå till annan hållplats om det ger en snabbare resa." to avoid changing at the expense of more walking. Then you'd take the T-bana (i.e. the tube) to Gärdet, and then you'd walk 1.1 km.
