Piyali volunteered as secretary of the meeting. 

1. About PCUM-22 (May 4-10, 2022, without the weekend)
a. Nils asked for a status of PCUM-22 preparation
Piyali reported about website and start of registration. 

b. Jennifer created the slack channel in 2021 . 
All tested the old slack channel and agreed that the same can be used for pcum-2022

c. Gathertown may have screen sharing problems. Philippe noted, the interaction is best when there are more people. 
It was agreed that we can have social gatherings over zoom by creating groups if needed. 

d. Time zone difference incompatibilities. Final schedule depends on participants from the far west.

g. For the weekly seminar slot at IIA, it was proposed that Piyali
speaks about their recent Nature paper entitled "Polymeric jets
throw light on the origin and nature of the forest of solar spicules"

g. Axel proposed Inviting a speaker from a different code community. 
Perhaps particle or combustion, turbulent channel flows (AMR)
Matthias/Philippe: Topic of numerical instability of explicit dissipation? (please correct) 
Axel suggested any speaker participating in Benchmarking by other people where Pencil code is also represented.
Talk at the beginning on review of the year for pencil code in pcum-22 by Matthias.
IIA Astrophysics seminar/webinar by Piyali. 
Talk by Ewa/Nils.

2. New Owners

PCSC unanimously agreed to make Jennifer Schober an owner if she agrees

3. Review of office hours

Move the time, shift to 2nd Thursday (1 pm CET/CEST)
set the agenda at the beginning of each meeting in consultation with participants. 

4. Continue with Newsletters (usually 3 per year)
